Have you seen the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper on page 11 in the Stampin’ Up! Occasions Catalog? It is a gorgeous paper! The beauty of the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper is the elegant design. In my opinion, the catalog photos do not do justice for the paper! A vellum print from the designer paper creates the primary background layer on the card below. The Floral Romance Suite includes the Wonderful Romance bundle with the Wonderful Romance Stamp Set and Wonderful Framelits Dies. The sentiment and coordinating leaf embellishments are easily stamped and cut using the Wonderful Romance bundle. The beauty of the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) is that you do not need to add a lot of embellishment…let the paper be the feature!
Materials:
Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper (5″ x 3-3/4″)

Card Directions:

Attach the Whisper White cardstock layer to the Pear Pizzazz card base with adhesive.
Use adhesive to attach the Floral Romance DSP to the Whisper White cardstock layer.
Stamp sentiment from the Wonderful Romance Stamp Set with Fresh Fig Classic Stampin’ Ink onto the small piece of Whisper White cardstock. Use the die from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies to cut the oval shape.
Stamp the large leaves shape using Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Ink onto the Pear Pizzazz cardstock. Cut using coordinating framelit die. Use the small leaves dies to cut and emboss Pear Pizzazz cardstock to create three (3) leaves.
With the leaf framelit (stem with 5 leaves), cut a scrap of Mossy Meadow cardstock. Trim the two (2) small leaves to use on front of sentiment.
Layer the Pear Pizzazz leaf and the Mossy Meadow leaves behind the sentiment oval. Attach to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Embellish the front of the card with the individual leaves and the Frosted Flower embellishments.
Finish by adding a triple loop bow tied using Fresh Fig 1/8″ Sheer Ribbon.

Today’s project, Heart Embellished Mini Pizza Box, is a quick project that you can make for Valentine’s Day or for any time you want to share a little love with someone. The attendees in the latest class were able to recreate the heart embellished mini pizza box for themselves. The mini pizza boxes from the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog are one of my favorite to use when giving a small gift or treat to family and friends. The ways to decorate are endless. The steps to recreate the box are below the project photo.
Cut the following from the All My Love Designer Series Paper (DSP): heart pattern: 3-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ for top, 4 pieces of 3/4″ x 3-1/4″ for sides; Belly Band coordinating pattern: 1-1/2″ x 10″
Lovely Lipstick Cardstock: 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″; 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″
Whisper White Cardstock: 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″
Small floral heart from All My Love Designer Series Paper
Assemble mini pizza box. Note – the shiny side is the box interior.
Use adhesive to attach the All My Love Designer Series Paper to tops and sides of mini pizza box.
Wrap the coordinating strip of Designer Series Paper around the box to create a belly band. Tip: wrap so that it paper meets on top of box – the embellishments will cover the seam.
Stamp “Just for You” on Whisper White Cardstock using Basic Gray stamp pad. Cut with the medium scallop heart die.
Cut the Lovely Lipstick cardstock. One large narrow heart die and one with the medium scallop heart die. Notice that the medium scallop heart die cuts both a heart and an open scalloped, stitched heart. You will use the open scalloped, stitched heart. (Save the small Lovely Lipstick heart for another project.)
Texture emboss the large Lovely Lipstick heart using the Subtle Dynamic Texture Impressions Embossing Folder.
Use the small heart die to cut the small floral heart from the All My Love Designer Series Paper.
Refer to photo for placement of the hearts. NOTE: Be sure that you only put adhesive on areas that will attach to the belly band.
The sentiment heart is attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Embellish with rhinestones and small Whisper White bow.
While grocery shopping, I saw individual packages of Pepperidge Farms Chessmen Cookies. The packages fit perfectly in the boxes!

The past few weeks, I have been promoting that during Sale-a-Bration you have the opportunity to earn free product. One of the many products you can earn is the Lovely Lattice stamp set. This is a beautiful stamp set that you will have fun coloring. There are so many techniques you can choose from when you put the images to the paper. My personal favorite would be to color with the Stampin’ Blends or the Aqua Painter. Take advantage of Sale-a-Bration and earn this set for free with a $50 purchase from my online store.
As with many of our catalogs, the Occasions catalog has it’s share of project kits from Stampin’ Up!. The Made to Bloom Kit makes it possible for you to bloom all year long. In the kit, you will also receive pre-printed elements which allows you to add beautiful color to your cards. The kit also contains a stamp set, accents, stamp pad, stamp block, adhesive backed pearls, card bases and envelopes. Once you complete all the cards, you can store them in the acetate box included or, give them away as a gift.
I love being able to have a box of cards for any occasion. Stampin’ Up! adds new project kits to every catalog each year. When you are new to stamping or have limited time to craft, these kits are a life saver. Being able to have all the products in one box saves time and helps you improve your crafting skills.
We have some more products that are selling out fast at Stampin’ Up!. They are so popular and Stampin’ Up! just did not expect the volume of orders they have received. The Lovely Lipstick and Grapefruit Grove foil sheets and Precious Parcel card kit are going fast. They are still available but I fear not for long. These products are going so fast that they may not be available through the entire Sale-A-Bration period.
