Bee Mine Valentine Card

Isn’t the bumblebee the cutest?! Today’s card features the Bee My Valentine Bundle and the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper from the Stampin’ Up! Jan-Apr 2024 Mini Catalog. I’m using it as a Valentine’s card but the sentiment works for other occasions too. Perhaps as a fun anniversary card or just a way to express love. The cheerful Bee Mine Designer Series Paper provides the perfect background for the card. You’ll notice that the sentiment is cut with the Heart Punch…unfortunately after using, I realized the punch is retired. However if you don’t have a heart punch or a heart die, a circle punch or other shape to cut around the sentiment will work great.

Do you want to recreate the card? The cut dimensions for the cardstock and Bee Mine Designer Series Paper, as well as, an assembly video are below to make it convenient for you!

Cut Dimensions for the Bee Mine Valentine Card:
  • Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock: 4-1/4″ x 11″, score/fold at 5-1/2″ (card base)
  • 3″ x 4″ Bee Mine Designer Series Paper: (3) 1-1/2″ x 5-1/4″; coordinating panel: 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
  • Basic White Cardstock: 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″; 4″ x 5-1/4″ (interior)
  • Daffodil Delight Cardstock: scrap for bee
  • Petal Pink Cardstock: scrap for wings

As you notice, this cheerful card is simple to assemble! And the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper is the perfect backdrop. The card is a project from the January 2024 Monthly Card Class. You can find information on classes and Class Kits To Go at this link.

Fluffiest Friends Honey Bear Card

Hey!  I’m back from my holiday hiatus and am excited to be sharing the Fluffiest Friends Honey Bear Card.  Have you seen the Fluffiest Friends Bundle?  It’s one of the Online Exclusives found only the Stampin’ Up! website.  Like many companies, Stampin’ Up! is now offering additional products online that you’ll not find in printed catalogs.  Here’s a link to check out the Online Exclusives. 

The Fluffiest Friends Bundle coordinates beautifully with the Bee Mine Product Suite in the Jan-Apr 2024 Mini Catalog.  The honey bear card uses the sentiment from the Bee My Valentine Stamp Set and the honey pots are fussy cut from the Bee Mine Designer Series Paper to complete the scene.  The tree limb, grass, leaves and beehive are die cuts using the Fluffiest Friends Dies from the bundle.  You’ll find an assembly video and project materials listed below.
