Specialty Papers are always popular and I do have a rising favorite in the new Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut. Also, it’s perfect for creating beautiful and elegant projects. While it’s only one of the Specialty Papers, it can also be a beautiful accent to that special card. Take a look at this card I created using the new paper as well as a variety of other new products from the annual catalog. Simple and Elegant.
This card was also created using the Love What You Do stamp set and one of our brand new colors – Grapefruit Grove. I really love this shade of orange and am so glad we have an additional option. It’s soothing and so natural. As with many new products, I bring you this lovely card to showcase these new products. A perfect example of how you can use just a portion of the Specialty paper. Simply add the paper alongside the edges leaving the bottom right for the sentiment. It makes a statement. Keeping the colors to just the Grapefruit Grove and white help with the simplicity.
Remember, this is only one of our new Specialty Papers. The new catalog is chock full of many great new papers to choose from for your crafting journey. Sometimes the new catalog can be a lot to take in and I’m happy to share some inspiration. Furthermore, it gives me the opportunity to play with the new products as well. In addition to the new papers, you get to explore the new colors in the form of our color revamp. I love that Stampin’ Up! keeps our colors fresh and trendy. I hope you have enjoyed the inspiration today. I know I enjoyed creating it. Give the paper a try and see how you enjoy working with it. Here are the products use to create this card:
Designs are always fun to check out when the new catalog is released. Do you love new designs? Each year I spend a little time looking through all the new Designer Series Papers. They always coordinate with new colors and stamp sets so beautifully. I have to admit, DSP’s can be addicting. Do you find yourself hoarding Designer Series Paper? I always envision what I can create and then when I get the paper, it’s almost like I don’t want to part with it. Above is just one of the many new Designer Series Papers – Broadway Bound. Which is also the suite that My Paper Pumpkin coordinates with this month.
Some of the papers have such unique designs. I do usually love the florals. Although there are a bunch of beautiful floral designs with Petal Promenade, Tranquil Textures is a very interesting pack. In addition, we have the Graceful Glass pack which is amazing when using the Stampin’ Blends. Let’s not forget the gorgeous designs in Share What You Love. Finally, the Wood Textures can make for some amazing masculine cards and projects. We all know how hard it is sometimes to create a masculine card. You can judge for yourself. Stampin’ Up! has created a video to give you a glimpse at all the new Designer Series Papers in the 2018-2019 annual catalog. You may have to watch it twice to take it all in.
I’m still not sure which is really my favorite because there are so many great new ones. However, I am sure that I will be trying out many of them. Of course, we also have all the cardstock available in all of our core colors. You can also see all the cardstock and papers together in my store and see what works for you.
Share What You Love Bundle is here! Stampin’ Up! has released some new products that will be featured in the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. Take a look at the new Share What You Love Suite. Below I have listed the three different options you can take advantage of to get some of these products before the release of the catalog.
There are three bundle options and each of the options comes with at least 1 free gift. Each choice has some of the new products being released. All these products are being released in the new upcoming catalog. At the bottom of the post you will also see the new In-Colors for 2018-2019. The Ink Pad bundle is priced at 10% off.
The new products are so easy to use and two of my favorite items are in the Gotta Have it All bundle – the beautiful Designer Series Paper (which is a double pack) and the Floral Embossing Folder. Look over each option below and see what works for you.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the OnStage Atlanta event hosted by Stampin’Up! It was a one day event packed full of information and lots of excitement with the product changes announced. As is an annual tradition with the release of the 2018-2019 Catalog in June, there are In-Color announcements and this year, in addition to new In-Colors it was announced there will be a Color Revamp. So what does that mean? Based upon market color trends and other data, Stampin’ Up! determined it was time for a color makeover and will be retiring thirteen colors…don’t fret, not only are new colors being added some previously retired in-colors are returning as core colors! Therefore, in addition to the retirement of the 2016-2017 In-colors, the list of core colors retiring on May 31, 2018 are:
