There’s something so timeless and elegant about Lily of the Valley flowers. Their delicate blooms paired with soft neutral tones create the perfect combination for a heartfelt thank you card. Today’s project features the beautiful Lily Of The Valley Bundle  and the subtle patterned paper from the Valley In Bloom Designer Series Paper.

The soft gingham panels add warmth and texture while the floral die cut becomes the star of the card front. I also carried the floral design to the inside of the card for a polished finishing touch that coordinates beautifully with the front.  And of course, the envelope can’t be left naked!

The card base is created using Blackberry Bliss cardstock that frames the soft Basic Beige layers perfectly. The center panel features the Lily Of The Valley stamped and die-cut flowers. The flowers were accented using the Blackberry Bliss Light Stampin’ Blends and Color Lifter to bring dimension and realism to the blooms.

A layered circle sentiment keeps the design balanced while adding contrast and depth. Tiny butterfly embellishments provide just the right amount of sparkle and movement.

Inside the card, additional stamped Lily Of The Valley images continue the floral theme, creating a beautiful surprise when the recipient opens the card.

Design Tips

  • Use soft blending around the flower petals for a realistic touch.
  • Layer coordinating patterned papers to create visual interest without overpowering the focal image.
  • Add embellishments sparingly to maintain the clean elegance of the design.
