A new feature that I have started on my Facebook page, Margaret Knight, Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, is a monthly event called Monday Night Mania. The event is a live event that lasts approximately one hour in length and I demonstrate two projects. Plus, a few games are played for Prize Patrol. The June event was this week and since the U.S. will soon be celebrating the 4th of July, I decided to demonstrate a note card and a treat holder to hold sparklers. The Popcorn Box Thinlits Dies was altered to make the treat holder. Additionally, alternative ideas for the projects were discussed.
Part of the demonstration involved using the new Sponge Brayer and the Irresistibly Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper. Real Red Classic Ink Pad was used to color the specialty DSP paper. Though I’m still working on getting my video skills, the presentation demonstrates how to use the sponge brayer on the paper. By the way, I love the new sponge brayer and will be using other pages in the Irresistibly Floral Specialty DSP in future projects! A list of all the materials used for the projects is at the bottom of this post.

I hope that you’ll take time to view the video on Facebook and see how these projects were made. Also, make note that my next Monday Night Mania will be on July 18th, starting at 8:00 p.m. EST. We’ll be “feeling foxy!”
Thanks for stopping by and don’t hesitate to contact me with your questions.
