It’s been a busy few weeks…not only did my grandson visit for 10 days but I’ve been busy preparing card swaps for this week’s Stampin’ Up! convention. So be prepared, I will be sharing lots of cards and other projects in the upcoming weeks.
We attended a wedding this weekend so I took a break from preparing swaps to make a card for the “new mr. & mrs.” The card design is one that my friend, Cindee Wilkinson, at Just Sponge It, recently shared. Timeless Elegance designer series paper is used but stepped-up to become even more elegant. The paper is itself is beautiful but by using a sponge dauber to apply stamping ink, it’s transformed. I chose Lost Lagoon to use as my color scheme.

Be sure to check back next week to see the first batch of swaps!
