Now that it’s September, it’s time to start thinking of Fall activities and the first that comes to mind is Halloween.  My challenge for this card was to design a card that could be constructed in 20 minutes or less and not require every tool or paper in my arsenal.  In other words, employ the KISS (keep it super simple) technique!  I was also able to use paper from my “scrap” collection.  Here’s the result…
