Glancing at Impressions is my way of exposing you to both our Abstract Impressions stamp set and our Springtime Impressions Thinlits. They coordinate together and both are amazing to work with. I have addressed this suite on another post and wanted to share a few more samples because it’s such a great combination.
Glancing at Impressions
So today I want to share these other samples below. This suite is so versatile because you can use it for a variety of occassions. The cards below all have different color palettes. Therefore, they represent various feelings from the sender. Allow your receipent to appreciate the card and the personal message it sends.
You can get the Sprintime Impressions Thinlits and the Abstract Impressions stamp set through my online store. Remember though, if you order both products together, you can take advantage of the 10% off bundle option. I love to save money whenever I can because it gives me more options for other products. It’s also almost the end of the month and you can still earn the $5 coupon for every $50 spent in August (before tax and shipping).
As you know from previous posts, one of my favorite bundle sets in the annual catalog is the Animal Outing Bundle. This bundle features the Animal Outing Stamp Set and Animal Friends Thinlits Dies. For this card, I knew that I wanted a card using the “Wild About You” sentiment because I wanted to use the Frames Elements. (Be sure to read this entire post to learn how to get your sentiment to fit the Frames Elements.).
Wild About You Comes Together
I probably should mention that I love the Berry Burst cardstock with the green and gray pieces of DSP. Sprigs of greenery were cut from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock using the Animal Friends Thinlits. Additionally, greenery was added using the Leaf Ribbon. As you can guess, this card is for someone special! You’ll note the rhino with the bird was cut from the Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper (DSP) using the Animal Friends Thinlits Dies. I love it when there are dies to match the DSP!
Features Stampin’ Up! Animal Outing Bundle to create a “Wild About You”
Because I could not find a thinlit that coordinated with the Frames Elements, I came up with an easy solution. So as a result, I cut the sentiment to fit inside frame element piece for the card. The steps are below:Above all, it’s easy-peasy! Seems like it’s a no brainer.
Finally, don’t forget to embellish the interior of your card! Also, it’s a great wow factor. Another great perk is the extra personal touch that will certainly impress your family and friends. Enjoy!
